From 2006 to 2019, he worked as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Vikings, where he later held the position of offensive coordinator for his final two seasons.
In 2020, Stefanski left Minnesota to take the helm of the Browns, where he guided the franchise to its first postseason appearance since 2002.
